Tariff Notice

Pursuant to Section 51 of the Canada Marine Act, notice is given that effective April 1, 2024, the Port of Toronto will:

• Increase its seasonal harbour tour berthage dues by 5 per cent;
• Increase its harbour dues by 7 per cent;
• Increase its harbour tour passenger user fees by 7 per cent;
• Increase its industrial berthage dues by 10 per cent;
• Increase its cruise ship and ferry passenger user fees by 10 per cent;
• Increase its cargo dues by 12.5 per cent; and,
• Increase the Large Event & Construction Harbour Master Authorization fees by $200.00 and $150.00 respectively.

Fees are reviewed on a yearly basis by Port of Toronto and are determined based on economic and industry factors.
